I'm so glad I got this, I've been getting really significant lower leg and foot cramps lately and this has helped me so much! The cramps are more manageable and as a bonus I'm sleeping much better.

I am using the mineral oil spray on a daily basis for 2 weeks now and have found that I am having a better quality sleep with little to no leg cramping. Also my neck and shoulder pain is reduced noticeably. Loving this product.
